The 2017 UFI Education Award

How to keep key competencies in the company

The 2017 UFI Education Award wishes to honour the industries’ best activity or programme designed to motivate talented employees to stay in the company. The initiative can specifically focus on the strengthening of selected skills or incentives, as long as it is part of a strategic HR approach.

The project must be part of the HR strategy. It must have been launched in the past 3 years; have defined measurable objective(s); specific target group and substantial outcomes.

In addition, it must show an adequate staff retention strategy and be relevant for the exhibition industry.

By 28 February 2017 please send a short summary (maximum 2 pages) in English to briefly describing your entry (objective and background of the initiative; strategy; target group; detailed results).

This competition is open to UFI members and non-members on the condition that entries are exhibition-related.

Participation in this competition is free-of-charge for UFI members. Non-members are required to pay a €100 participation fee.

The entries submitted will be treated confidentially and will only be used for award selection purposes.
