Optimising Workload for Sustainable Performance
The theme of the 2025 award is “Optimising Workload for Sustainable Performance”, with the objective of celebrating initiatives that implement innovative solutions to balance workload, improve resource allocation, and create environments where employees thrive while maintaining high performance.
This award seeks to recognise outstanding initiatives in workload optimisation that demonstrate innovative approaches to enhancing sustainable performance. It aims to highlight practices that empower employees, improve team dynamics, and contribute to a resilient and adaptive workforce.
The application is open to all companies from the exhibition industry (organisers, venues, service providers, associations), whether they are UFI members or not.
