Inspirations for Sustainability

Sustainability can be seen as taking into account a series of constraints and combing them into a balanced and sustainable strategy. For the exhibition industry, often with a strong international profile, this means including global elements such as standards, best practices or benchmarking and local ones such as the involvement of the local practices and community. UFI’s one-day Focus Meeting programme provided several examples of such local and global actions and participants had a chance to interact with the conference’s expert speakers and members of the UFI Sustainable Development Committee.
